FINAL CONFERENCE FORUM
All participants will present their final papers (written under a faculty member’s supervision) at a conference forum during the final week of the program.
Participants who are applying for a partial scholarship must include a 300-500 word statement describing how they will benefit from it. The winners will be notified a couple of days after applying.
The DEADLINE to apply for partial scholarship consideration is May 1, 2019. Partial scholarship applications received after this deadline will be reviewed if additional partial scholarship funds are available.

Following the completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate in Global Bioethics during the graduation ceremony and banquet.
We advise undergraduate and graduate students to inquire about receiving credits from their own universities/colleges. Typically, they receive 2 course credits. At the end of the summer program, we provide a document outlining the total number of contact hours, including a list of all lectures, seminars, field trips, and other activities, as well as an overall program evaluation of the participant. Summer program participants are responsible for their registration fees, travel arrangements to the conference venue and around the city, accommodation and other meals. Registration fees below include the 5 day program (seminars, field trips, film screening), two coffee/tea breaks and lunch each day.
*The summer program registration fees are 100% tax deductible as GBI is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, your registration fees are considered donations.
